18.9. NZL manual filter

1、 Purpose and Characteristics

The NZL manual filter is a device used to remove suspended solids in water and is suitable for water quality treatment in technical water supply systems of hydropower stations. This manual filter has the characteristics of reliable performance, easy operation, small size, and long service life.

2、 Main technical parameters

1. Working water pressure: 1.6 and 2.5 MPa

2. Working medium: water;

3. Nominal diameter: 50, 80, 100, 150, 200;

4. Filtering accuracy: 0.2-5mm (optional);                               

5. Usage conditions: medium temperature<50 ° C,

Relative humidity<95%;

6. Filter sand particle size: ≥ 2mm (can be customized according to customer requirements).

The cleaning and discharging process of NZL manual water filter does not affect normal water accumulation. When in normal filtering state, the drain valve is closed. When it is necessary to clean and discharge pollutants, the discharge valve is opened, the water filter is opened, and the inlet and outlet of the water pipe are connected to the washed filter unit. The pollutants attached to the filter are backwashed by the partially filtered clean water inside the filter, and flow out through the discharge valve and into the collection well.
